Our Commitment to Sustainability

We recognise the climate emergency and are committed to playing our part in creating a more sustainable future. Our school is taking active steps to reduce our environmental impact and is working towards becoming a Net Zero school. Sustainability sits at the heart of our values, guiding the decisions we make for our students, our community, and our planet.

The school has a Climate Action Plan and a Sustainability working group who collaborate and effect change. There is a Sustainability Lead, in line with the DFE's Sustainability and Climate Change Strategy. 

Our Trust, DSAT, is committed to supporting the United Nations 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development and the DfE’s aim of cutting carbon emissions and reaching net-zero by 2030. To find out more click here.
